The Prevent-a-Litter (PAL) Program is a financial assistance and veterinary accessibility program designed to help us create a healthier feline population through spay/neuter and rabies vaccination efforts! This program is funded by the City of Huntington and managed by the Huntington County Humane Society.

You must be a current resident living within Huntington City Limits to be eligible for this program.

We do not discriminate on the type of cat – indoor, outdoor, owned, or feral – who can benefit from this service as any unaltered cat can add to the overpopulation crisis.
